A: Yes! All my pouches are lovingly handmade to order in Norway.

Q: Can I customize my order?

A: Yes! You can choose from available fabrics or add special requests at checkout. Contact me for custom ideas.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Each item is made to order. Production time is typically 3–5 business days, plus shipping. You'll receive a tracking link once it's shipped.

Q: Can I send it as a gift?

A: Absolutely! Just add a note at checkout, and I’ll include gift wrapping and a handwritten card if you'd like. You can also choose to send to the recipient directly.

Q: Do you take custom orders for events or bulk gifts?

A: Yes, I love working on custom requests for bridesmaids, birthdays, or other events. Contact me to chat about your idea.

Q: Do you offer birthday discounts?

Q: How do I care for my pouch?

A: Wash inside out on a gentle setting at 30°C. Air dry after, avoid dryer.

Q: What materials do you use?

A: All pieces are made with carefully selected fabrics and a focus on quality and timeless style. Most pieces are made from 100% cotton. Though some materials such as zippers and padding are made of polyester and other materials.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the handmade and custom nature of the products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact me within 14 days
